Got my Walking Frame, all good

Needed a Walking Frame and Tynor Australia popped up. Site was easy enough to use. Placed the order, it showed up at my doorstep in about a week. The frame feels solid, nothing fancy but it does the job. Pretty happy with it, no dramas.

Good product, delivery could be faster

I purchased an Electric Wheelchair from Tynor Australia a few weeks ago. The chair itself is very sturdy and works as expected; quite a good value for the price. I did find the delivery time a bit longer than I hoped, it took nearly two weeks to get to Perth. It wasn't a critical rush, but something to keep in mind if you need an item quickly. Their customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, which was a plus. Overall happy with the purchase but improved delivery speed would make it perfect.

Always reliable, great quality

I ordered another Back Support Belt last month, my third one from Tynor Australia. Just like before, the quality was excellent and it arrived pretty quickly to Sydney. I keep coming back because their products hold up well and the sizing information on the site is always accurate. Never had an issue on any of my orders.

Smooth order to door experience

I got a Hinged Knee Support and a Cervical Collar for my mum. Ordering online was straightforward, the website was easy enough to navigate to find the right sizes. The delivery took about 6 business days to reach us here in regional Victoria, which was reasonable. Both items were exactly as described and good quality. I had a quick question about fitting the knee support, and their customer service via email got back to me within a day with helpful advice. Overall, a solid experience and I appreciate the clear product descriptions.

Thinking of getting a few things from Tynor, mainly a compression stocking and maybe a back support. Is it better just to buy them direct or try to claim through NDIS? Not sure how that all works.

C Cleo A. 2 months ago
If you're NDIS eligible, def look into claiming. They're a registered provider so it should be pretty straightforward. Saved me a bunch on a wheelchair recently.

I just bought a wrist splint outright, didn't bother with NDIS stuff. It wasn't too expensive honestly, especially if you get the free shipping. Depends on your plan I guess.

Hey guys, checking out a knee brace here from Tynor. Anyone know if they ship fast to Perth? Need it kinda soon for my mum.

D Dan 3 months ago
Yeah, I ordered an ankle binder last month and it got to Melbourne super quick, like 3-4 days. I think they ship from within Aus so Perth should be fine.

it depends, I got a walking frame delivered to Sydney and it took almost a week. maybe depends on stock levels or something?
